Have contacted this dealership for almost two weeks. Attempting to speak with their general manager for a warranty related issue. So far no returned calls. Meanwhile my 78 year old mother, who did buy the car from Downtown Hyundai, remains extremely upset in limbo with a broken vehicle and no assistance from either the General Manager or the Service Manager. Have reached out to the Parent company for help.

So the building is being renovated, but the people are great. Everyone was so friendly, starting with Jamal. Malik Santiago is a superb salesman and representative of Hyundai. Totally professional, knowledgeable and responsive.
