Had a great experience with the service department at Hyundai of Hickory Hollow. At first, I was a little confused, but this is the new location for the dealership that used to be on Broadway. So the building is being renovated, but the people are great. Everyone was so friendly, starting with Jamal. He took the time to answer all my questions and go through every line on the service order. Definitely made a huge difference in building trust.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Hyundai Tucson from Nashville's Downtown Hyundai dealership. Everyone was polite and helpful, especially Joseph Warren, my sales person. I didn't feel pressured at all, but was able to negotiate and make a deal that I was happy with. I highly recommend them.

My experience was great. My salesman ,,chubby was an exceptional sales person. he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind during the whole process. he was willing to help me with certain things about the car that I didn’t know that most salesman would not take the time to do and I can appreciate that very much.
