Had a great experience with the service department at Hyundai of Hickory Hollow. At first, I was a little confused, but this is the new location for the dealership that used to be on Broadway. So the building is being renovated, but the people are great. Everyone was so friendly, starting with Jamal. He took the time to answer all my questions and go through every line on the service order. Definitely made a huge difference in building trust.

While they worked on it, I got a text that recommended I replace the air filter for $50 and the cabin air filter for $80, saying they needed "immediate attention." I went in and met Joseph. He was so nice. He showed me everything on the car, went on a test drive, and completed the transaction in no time at all.

We were looking for a used vehicle for my son and Joseph and the team were wonderful! Ended up with a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek and vehicle has been perfect as we've owned it the last couple of months now. Coming from 1.5hrs away, Joseph was very helpful and communication was perfect!
